Job summary

EnableComp is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Systems to own and evolve the commercial tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Accord). The role focuses on turning the stack into an intelligent, automated operating system that connects revenue processes and uses AI to reduce manual work across the commercial organization.

The successful candidate will partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps and Client Success to prioritize the roadmap, design scalable configurations, and govern data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years administering or managing Salesforce in a commercial/RevOps context.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Gong, and Clay/Accord or equivalents.
• Proven use of AI tools to build workflows and automate tasks.
• Strong SQL/SOQL or equivalent data querying skills.
• Experience writing technical specs and collaborating with developers.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and Accord as the platform stack.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps and Client Success to roadmap systems.
• Design integrations, data flows, triggers, and automations across tools.
• Translate GTM strategy into scalable configuration and dashboards.
• Lead AI-driven workflows and internal tools to reduce manual work.
• Govern data integrity, deduplication, and audit-readiness.
• Coordinate real-time dashboards for pipeline, forecast, and rep performance.
• Evaluate RevTech and AI capabilities and build rollout plans.
• Manage deal lifecycle tooling within the stack (MAP/CPQ workflows).
