Job summary

CUCollaborate is seeking a senior RevOps leader to own the revenue stack end-to-end, from first touch to renewal. You will own HubSpot, integrations, data quality, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, partnerships, product, and leadership.

This is a solo-owner role for a data-driven professional who designs systems, builds workflows, and defends numbers with clear writing. Remote US-based position with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in revenue/marketing/sales operations in a B2B setting.
• Deep HubSpot expertise with CRM ownership.
• Fluent in SQL and data modeling for dashboards and forecasting.
• Scripting ability in Python or JavaScript for API integrations.
• Experience with Azure data stack (Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse/Fabric).
• Proven ability to automate GTM workflows and data enrichment.
• Excellent written communication and ability to defend numbers.

Responsibilities

• Own the revenue operations stack from first touch to renewal.
• Manage HubSpot integrations, data integrity, and workflows.
• Own GTM automation including lead-to-account matching and territory rules.
• Oversee deal desks, quoting, and renewal processes to remove friction.
• Build territory and capacity models, administer commission plans, and support forecasting.
