New Breed is a remote-first HubSpot Solutions Partner with a headquarters in Burlington, VT. We seek a Senior RevOps Strategist to lead complex HubSpot engagements, manage client relationships, and design scalable multi-Hub solutions that align marketing, sales, and customer success.

You will work with an agency/professional services team, mentoring peers and delivering strategic and technical RevOps outcomes. This role offers growth opportunities and a collaborative, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years leading complex HubSpot implementations or RevOps engagements.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency across HubSpot Hubs and cross-Hub solutions.
• Strong technical expertise in HubSpot CRM, automation, data management, reporting.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary client-facing contact for a portfolio of accounts and lead HubSpot implementations.
• Translate business objectives into scalable multi-Hub HubSpot solutions across marketing, sales, and CS.
• Advise clients on RevOps strategy including lifecycle management, automation, and reporting.
• Design, implement, and optimize HubSpot systems and integrations with technical teams.
• Lead troubleshooting to ensure data integrity, reliability, and client outcomes.
• Manage engagements from discovery to delivery, owning scope, timelines, and communications.
• Deliver training and strategic recommendations to improve HubSpot adoption.
• Mentor strategists and contribute to team best practices.
