Kuno Creative is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Strategist to independently lead complex HubSpot Enterprise engagements, from platform strategy through hands-on implementation and ongoing optimization. You will own a dedicated client book, guide discovery, and integrate across sales, marketing, and service teams to build scalable RevOps solutions.

• Extensive revenue operations experience with enterprise-scale accounts.
• Deep HubSpot Enterprise capabilities and current certifications.
• Experience with call/dialer apps and ERP integrations.
• Strong architecture and integration across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, implementation planning, and delivery for HubSpot Enterprise engagements.
• Advise clients' marketing, sales, and customer success leaders on RevOps strategy.
• Design AI-powered workflows and advanced analytics within HubSpot.
• Develop repeatable frameworks, SOPs and documentation.
• Support pre-sales scoping and capacity planning.
• Provide mentorship and build team technical capability.
• Stay current on HubSpot features and RevOps tech.
