Job summary

Roofr is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence across the Revenue organization. You will optimize GTM processes, strengthen data integrity, and build AI-ready systems that empower Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement to perform at their best.

You’ll work hands-on with HubSpot, CRM, and other tools to automate workflows, improve data flows, and scale Revenue initiatives.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Customer Success Operations.
Hands-on HubSpot administration experience across Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
Experience owning, implementing, and optimizing Revenue technology and GTM systems (CRM, engagement, payments, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable Revenue insights.

Responsibilities

Identify operational challenges across Revenue and develop scalable solutions to improve efficiency and GTM experience.
Design and optimize Revenue processes, workflows, and systems across the customer lifecycle.
Lead projects with a structured, PM‑oriented approach and measure outcomes.
Collaborate with Revenue leaders to understand needs, test solutions, and improve performance.
