Job summary

Anagram Inc. is seeking a hands-on RevOps/GTM engineer to own the revenue systems layer across a multi-motion GTM. You'll design and maintain the pipes connecting CRM, billing, data warehouse, and analytics, and wire AI into workflows.

You will work with revenue leadership and implement HubSpot custom objects, Stripe data, Zapier automation, and Snowflake modeling to normalize ARR/NRR across pricing models. A builder mindset and strong SQL are essential.

Qualifications

4+ years in RevOps, GTM engineering, or sales/marketing ops with a builder profile.
Deep, hands-on HubSpot experience with custom objects and complex associations.
Production experience with Stripe data and varied billing models.

Responsibilities

CRM architecture (HubSpot): parent-child company model, lifecycle stages, lead routing, workflows, deduplication.
Billing-to-CRM sync (Stripe): reconcile subscription and usage data with CRM; surface churn and revenue signals.
Automation (Zapier + scripting): build and maintain the integration layer; decide when to code.
Data warehouse (Snowflake): model GTM and revenue data with SQL; handle pricing models.
Analytics (Metabase): create dashboards for funnel, pipeline coverage, ARR/NRR.
AI workflows (Claude): enrichment, scoring, and data cleanup at scale.
