We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our GTM engine, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to own systems, data, and processes that drive revenue.

You''ll design GTM compensation, build dashboards for real-time pipeline health, and own the HubSpot instance end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations in SaaS/fintech environment
• Hands-on GTM compensation design and calculations
• HubSpot admin-level proficiency with GTM stack integrations
• Strong analytical skills; Excel/Sheets fluency; SQL/BI tools a plus
• Active use of AI tools to improve workflows

Responsibilities

• Design, model, and administer GTM compensation plans with end-to-end calculations and audit trail
• Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue trends
• Own HubSpot instance: architecture, data hygiene, integrations, workflows, user enablement
• Support administration of all GTM systems
• Identify manual RevOps workflows and lead AI-powered automation initiatives
• Continuously improve sales processes and align with cross-functional teams
