Job summary
Rain is the world’s first AI Financial Health Platform. Rain is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to unite Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Events and Ops, driving alignment and data-driven decisions. You’ll own GTM architecture including HubSpot, design scalable processes, and provide insights shaping go-to-market strategy and performance.
You will partner with senior leadership to operationalize business strategy, optimize revenue funnel efficiency, and champion a culture of growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles in SaaS/fintech.
- Proven ability to design and optimize GTM processes and systems.
- Strong analytical and communication skills for cross-functional partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Design, document, and refine end-to-end GTM processes for data consistency.
- Identify bottlenecks, automate, and align teams for smooth execution.
- Identify and optimize tools to boost GTM productivity and visibility.
- Drive user adoption through documentation and system trainings.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Events, and Customer Success.
- Stay current on RevOps best practices and emerging trends.
- Proactively improve data quality, processes, and technology.
- Champion operational excellence and data-driven growth.
