Job summary

Suite Studios in Boulder, CO is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to architect, optimize, and scale the systems powering our go-to-market engine. You will connect data, automate workflows, and build scalable infrastructure with AI tools to drive faster decisions and increased opportunities.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to deliver measurable, automated processes from lead intake to renewal.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations or GTM systems within B2B SaaS.
• Experience building RevOps infrastructure in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
• Ability translate business problems into scalable operational solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own administration and optimization of the GTM technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, routing, AI tools, reporting platforms, etc.).
• Design scalable lead routing, lifecycle management, attribution, scoring, and territory management.
• Build and maintain integrations between core GTM systems.
• Improve data quality, governance, and operational reliability.
• Evaluate and implement new GTM technologies as the company scales.
