Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Revenue Operations Senior Analyst to support the Sales organization with data-driven insights, planning, and process optimization. You will partner with Sales VPs and GTM teams to shape annual plans, compensation, and performance insights.

The role involves maintaining CRM dashboards in Salesforce, Gong, and Omni, driving data quality, and delivering clear recommendations to senior leadership across time zones in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Revenue/Sales Operations, or a related analytical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience building models and reports that drive business decisions.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or tools like Omni, Gong, or similar RevOps platforms is a plus.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented with a focus on clean data and credible recommendations.
• Clear communicator who translates complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support annual planning cycles by developing segmentation, territory designs and compensation plans.
• Serve as strategic advisor to Sales VPs through regular business reviews and data-backed action plans.
• Maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Gong and Omni to surface key metrics and trends.
• Identify and improve CRM workflows and data quality to boost rep productivity.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Marketing and People teams for GTM planning and decisions.
