Job summary

Cribl is recruiting a Revenue Operations Senior Analyst to underpin the Sales organization with data‑driven insights and optimized systems. You will partner with Sales VPs and GTM teams to plan, design territory coverage, and drive performance across the revenue stack.

You’ll own dashboards and data accuracy in Salesforce, Gong, and Omni, ensuring data quality and actionable reporting. This role reports to the Senior Director, Revenue Operations and offers a remote‑first working model.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Revenue/Sales Operations, or a related analytical role at a high‑growth B2B SaaS company.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience building models and reports that drive business decisions.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or RevOps platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support annual planning cycles by developing segmentation models, territory designs and compensation plans.
• Act as a strategic advisor to Sales VPs with data‑backed recommendations.
• Maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Gong & Omni to surface key metrics.
• Identify improvements to CRM workflows and data quality to boost rep productivity.
• Keep account, opportunity, and territory data aligned with ROEs and segmentation rules.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to support GTM planning and assess opportunities across time zones.
