Qualifications

• 2–5 years of analytical experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for modeling and analysis.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or RevOps tools is a plus.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support annual planning cycles with segmentation models, territory designs and compensation plans.
• Serve as strategic advisor to Sales VPs by diagnosing pipeline health and recommending data-driven actions.
• Maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Gong & Omni to surface key metrics and trends.
• Identify and drive improvements to CRM workflows and data quality to boost rep productivity.
• Maintain data integrity for accounts, opportunities, and territories in Salesforce.
