Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Revenue Operations Senior Analyst to support the Sales organization with data-driven insights and optimized processes. You’ll partner with Sales VPs and GTM teams on planning, compensation, and performance, reporting to the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations.

You’ll work on dashboards in Salesforce, Gong, and Omni, ensure data integrity, and drive improvements across CRM workflows, data quality, and reporting. This remote-first role reports to the Revenue Ops team.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Revenue/Sales Operations, or a related analytical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience building models and reports that drive business decisions.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or tools like Omni, Gong, or similar RevOps platforms is a plus.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented with clean data and clear analysis.
• Clear communicator who translates data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced,ambiguous environment with strong follow-through.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop segmentation models, territory designs & compensation plans aligned with go-to-market motion.
• Advise Sales VPs with regular business reviews and data-backed action plans.
• Maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Gong & Omni to surface metrics.
• Identify and drive improvements to CRM workflows and data quality.
• Maintain integrity of account, opportunity, and territory data in Salesforce with ROEs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support GTM planning and key decisions.
