Cribl, the Revenue Operations team, is seeking a Senior Analyst to deliver data-driven insights and optimize GTM systems. You will partner with Sales VPs and cross-functional teams on planning, compensation, and performance, reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations.

You’ll support CRM, data quality, and tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Omni, ensuring clean data and actionable analytics across multiple time zones in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Revenue/Sales Operations, or a related analytical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets required.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or tools like Omni, Gong, or similar RevOps platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support annual planning cycles with segmentation models, territory designs & compensation plans.
• Act as strategic advisor to Sales VPs with regular business reviews and data-backed action plans.
• Maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Gong & Omni to surface metrics and trends.
• Identify and drive improvements to CRM workflows and data quality.
• Maintain data integrity in Salesforce aligned with segmentation rules.
