Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Revenue Operations Senior Analyst to support the Sales organization with data-driven go-to-market insights. You will model segmentation, design coverage plans, and partner with GTM teams to drive strategic improvements.

You’ll own dashboards in Salesforce, Gong, and Omni, ensure data quality, and translate complex data into actionable guidance for VPs and senior leaders across Finance, Marketing, and People teams. This remote-first role reports to the Sr.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in revenue operations or analytical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets modeling and reporting.
• Experience with Salesforce or RevOps tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with clear data storytelling.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Support annual planning cycles by developing segmentation models, territory designs & compensation plans.
• Diagnose pipeline health opportunities and provide data-backed action plans for Sales VPs.
• Maintain dashboards/reports in Salesforce, Gong & Omni to surface key metrics and trends.
• Identify and drive improvements to CRM workflows and data quality.
• Ensure integrity of account/opportunity/territory data in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and People teams on GTM planning.
