Cribl is hiring a Revenue Operations Senior Analyst to support the Sales organization with data-driven insights on go-to-market strategy, and to enable leadership to make strategic decisions. You’ll partner with Sales VPs and cross-functional GTM teams on annual planning, sales compensation, and business performance.

You will maintain dashboards in Salesforce, Gong, and Omni to surface key metrics, trends, and insights, and work across Finance, Marketing, and People to operationalize key

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of analytical experience in high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience building models and reports.
• Experience with Salesforce or RevOps tools (Omni, Gong) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with emphasis on data quality.

Responsibilities

• Support annual planning cycles by developing segmentation models, territory designs and compensation plans.
• Serve as strategic advisor to Sales VPs by diagnosing pipeline opportunities and recommending data-backed actions.
• Maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Gong and Omni to surface key metrics and trends.
• Identify and drive improvements to CRM workflows and data quality to increase rep productivity.
• Maintain integrity of account, opportunity, and territory data in Salesforce and ensure ROE alignment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and People teams to support GTM planning.
