Cribl is recruiting a Revenue Operations Senior Analyst to drive data-driven go-to-market decisions and enable Sales leadership with actionable insights. You will partner with Sales VPs and cross-functional GTM teams on annual planning, compensation design, and business performance, reporting to the Sr.

Director, Revenue Operations. You’ll maintain dashboards and models, optimize Salesforce, Gong, and Omni usage, and improve CRM data quality to boost rep productivity.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Revenue/Sales Operations, or a related analytical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience building models and reports that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support annual planning cycles with segmentation models, territory designs and compensation plans.
• Advise Sales VPs by diagnosing pipeline health and recommending data-backed actions.
• Maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Gong & Omni to surface key metrics and insights.
• Improve CRM workflows and data quality to reduce friction and boost rep productivity.
• Ensure data integrity in Salesforce aligned with segmentation strategy and ROEs.
• Collaborate across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and People teams on GTM planning.
