Cribl is seeking a Revenue Operations Senior Analyst to empower the Sales organization with data-driven insights on go-to-market strategy, planning, and compensation. You will partner with Sales VPs and GTM teams to optimize systems and processes as Cribl scales. This remote-first role reports to the Sr.

Director, Revenue Operations. Responsibilities include planning, pipeline analysis, dashboards in Salesforce, Gong and Omni, and improving CRM data quality.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build models and reports that drive decisions.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on data work.
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for modeling and planning.
• Familiarity with RevOps tools like Salesforce, Omni, Gong is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support annual planning cycles with segmentation, territory designs and compensation plans.
• Advise Sales VPs with data-backed reviews and pipeline health analysis.
• Maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Gong & Omni to surface metrics and trends.
• Improve CRM workflows and data quality to boost rep productivity.
• Ensure data integrity in Salesforce and alignment with segmentation rules.
