Accenture PLC in Illinois seeks an experienced Senior Sales Operations Manager to own revenue processes, optimize the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, CPQ, Apollo.io, and related tools), and deliver actionable insights that align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and FP&A.

You will lead strategic revenue operations, KPI governance, forecasting, pipeline management, deal desk activities, pricing strategies, and cross‑functional collaboration, with a focus on data integrity and real‑time dashboards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years experience in Revenue Operations or Sales/Sales Operations.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Salesforce administration and ecosystem tools.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in analytics/analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL, etc.)

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic revenue operations, KPIs and governance, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Manage Salesforce as system of record, data hygiene, and alignment with FP&A metrics.
• Oversee deal desk operations, including CPQ development, pricing strategies, and discount approvals.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reporting structures to provide real-time insights into KPIs and revenue trends.
