Job summary

Accenture PLC seeks an experienced Senior Sales Operations Manager to optimize the GTM technology stack, drive revenue processes, and deliver actionable insights across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and FP&A. You will lead strategic initiatives, elevate data-driven decision-making, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years experience in Revenue Operations or Sales/Sales Operations.
Minimum of 4 years experience in Salesforce administration and ecosystem tools.
Minimum of 4 years experience in analytics/analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL, etc.).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute GTM strategies including pricing, packaging, segmentation and territory planning.
Own and maintain the GTM tech stack and Salesforce product vision/roadmap.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine business requirements and align cross-functional teams.
Lead forecasting and pipeline management; oversee deal desk, CPQ development and discounting.
Create dashboards and real-time KPI reporting; provide data-driven recommendations to executives.
Monitor Salesforce data hygiene and align CRM with FP&A metrics; drive continuous improvement.
