Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager to drive revenue excellence and own the GTM technology stack across Salesforce, CPQ, and related tools. You will optimize processes, deliver actionable insights, and align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and FP&A to strategic goals.

You will lead KPI establishment, forecasting, deal desk operations, dashboards, and data integrity, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

7+ years experience in Revenue Operations or Sales/Sales Operations.
4+ years experience in Salesforce administration and ecosystem tools.
4+ years experience in analytics/analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL, etc.)

Responsibilities

Lead strategic revenue operations and GTM initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and FP&A.
Own the GTM technology stack (Salesforce, CPQ, related tools) and roadmap.
Coordinate cross-functional requirements and align stakeholders for operational initiatives.
Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and deal desk operations with data-driven insights.
Create dashboards and real-time KPI reporting; ensure data integrity across systems.
