Accenture PLC is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager to own revenue processes and GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, CPQ, and analytics. You’ll drive data-driven insights and align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and FP&A across initiatives.

The role requires leading strategic initiatives, optimizing the sales tech stack, and delivering actionable dashboards to executives andBoards, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
• 4+ years in Salesforce administration & ecosystem tools.
• 4+ years in analytics/analytic tools such as Excel/Tableau/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GTM strategies incl. pricing, packaging, segmentation, territory planning.
• Establish KPIs and align with goals and ops execution.
• Contribute to annual planning incl. compensation, headcount forecasting, pipeline analysis.
• Own GTM tech stack incl. Salesforce, CPQ, and vendor relationships.
• Lead data hygiene and FP&A aligned forecasting & pipeline mgmt.
• Create dashboards and real-time KPI/revenue trend insights.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
