Job summary

Accenture plc is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Operations Manager to lead revenue operations and optimize the GTM tech stack. You will own Salesforce, CPQ, and analytics, driving data-driven decisions across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and FP&A.

This role focuses on strategic initiatives, forecasting, and pipeline management, delivering actionable insights while guiding cross-functional teams to align on priorities and incentives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in Revenue Operations or Sales/Sales Operations
• 4+ years experience in Salesforce administration and ecosystem tools
• 4+ years experience in analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GTM strategies including pricing, packaging, segmentation and territory planning.
• Own and optimize the GTM technology stack and Salesforce product vision.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Lead Salesforce as system of record, ensure data hygiene and FP&A alignment.
• Create dashboards and real-time KPI insights for executives and Boards.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements and new tools.
