Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Operations Manager to drive operational excellence, own critical revenue processes, and optimize the GTM technology stack. This role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and FP&A to deliver actionable insights and align cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
• 4+ years experience in Salesforce administration and ecosystem tools.
• 4+ years experience in analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GTM strategies including pricing, packaging, segmen­tation, and territory planning.
• Establish and maintain KPIs and ensure alignment with goals and execution.
• Contribute to annual planning, including compensation plans, headcount forecasting, and pipeline analysis.
• Lead the Salesforce ecosystem, define product vision, roadmap, and vendor relations.
• Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and CPQ development; manage discount approvals.
• Create dashboards and reports to deliver real-time KPI insights to executives.
