Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Operations Manager to own revenue processes, optimize the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, CPQ, and related tools), and partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and FP&A to drive data-driven decisions.

You will lead KPI development, forecasting, deal desk, and reporting to executives and boards, and steer cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, pricing strategy, and pipeline analytics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales/Sales Operations
• 4+ years in Salesforce administration and ecosystem tools
• 4+ years in analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GTM strategies including pricing, packaging, segmentation, and territory planning.
• Establish KPIs and ensure alignment with goals and operational execution.
• Contribute to annual planning including compensation, headcount forecasting, and pipeline analysis.
• Lead Salesforce as system of record and ensure data hygiene aligned with FP&A metrics.
• Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven insights for executives.
