Job summary

Roofr is seeking a strategic Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations in San Francisco to scale the GTM organization. You will lead a team, partner with Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, and Product, and own the Revenue tech stack and data governance.

You’ll build dashboards and drive automation to support growth. You’ll work with executive stakeholders to translate data into strategic recommendations, optimize end-to-end GTM processes, and foster a high-performance team culture in a fast-paced startup

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within a high-growth SaaS organization.
• 4+ years of people leadership experience building high-performing teams.
• Deep expertise administering and optimizing HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub and Marketing Hub).
• Experience designing scalable operational processes supporting Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Strong understanding of subscription SaaS models and recurring revenue metrics.
• Experience building executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple integrated GTM systems and automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue Operations strategy and develop a roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve forecasting and revenue performance.
• Build scalable revenue processes across lead management, sales, onboarding, renewals, and expansion.
• Own revenue systems and architecture, including CRM hygiene, data governance, and integrations.
• Develop executive dashboards and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance.
