Job summary

Runway is seeking a senior RevOps/GTM engineer to own the revenue systems and data infrastructure across the GTM stack. You will modernize how data moves from product usage to closed-won, building scalable APIs, event-driven pipelines and production-grade tooling.

You will connect Salesforce, Gong, Clay, and data warehouses, delivering dashboards and automation that elevate forecast accuracy and decision speed for the revenue organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in RevOps, GTM engineering or related field.
• Experience connecting Salesforce to other GTM systems and enrichment pipelines.
• Familiarity with data warehouses, BI tools or event-driven architectures.
• Clay proficiency strongly preferred; or show ability to learn during interview.

Responsibilities

• Own the Revenue Systems & Data Infrastructure spanning CRM, enrichment tools and signal layer.
• Connect Salesforce, Gong, Clay, product usage, and data warehouse via APIs and webhooks.
• Build and maintain the CRO dashboard with pipeline, forecast and ramp metrics.
• Develop end-to-end automation for GTM workflows and production-grade reliability.
• Iterate rapidly with measurable impact on adoption and revenue.
