AfterQuery, an applied research lab empowering frontier AI labs, seeks a GTM Operations Lead to accelerate revenue through a fast-moving RevOps stack. You’ll manage CRM, billing, dashboards, and RFIs, balancing hands-on execution with strategic process automation.

You’ll own analytics, forecasting, and onboarding of tools, collaborating with Engagement Managers to drive throughput and customer outcomes in a 5-day SF in-office setting.

Competenze

• 5-7+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, banking/consulting, or a similarly execution-heavy, analytical role.
• Proven ability to run multiple workstreams in parallel with low error rate.
• Comfort switching between data entry and high-level process redesign.
• Strong opinions on revenue tech stack and automation.
• Excellent clear, concise customer-facing updates and internal documentation.
• Willingness to work in a 5-day in-office SF environment.

Mansioni

• architect CRM and pipeline hygiene; keep deal records, stages, and dashboards accurate.
• standardize how we pitch and sell; codify a repeatable sales process.
• own analytics & attribution; track pipeline, ROI, and build forecasting.
• drive RFI and inbound responses; assemble data-site outputs for RFIs.
• run contract-to-cash execution; manage invoicing and AR follow-up.
• own and automate the sales stack; identify tools and automate manual work.
• own follow-ups and triage; ensure clean handoffs between Sales and Delivery.
• design customer engagement cadences; automate project status updates.
• build strategic customer collateral to drive outcomes.
