Job summary

Accruent is seeking a Sr. Ops Analyst, Revenue Operations to support day-to-day sales processes, ensure data quality, and provide actionable insights. You will work with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to maintain pipeline accuracy and forecast revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related role.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and CRM concepts.
• Proficient Excel skills with large datasets and recurring reports.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly and monthly sales operating rhythm, including forecast prep and pipeline reviews.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce data and resolve data issues with sellers and leaders.
• Prepare recurring reports on pipeline, bookings, forecast, quota attainment, and key metrics.
• Assist with forecasting by analyzing pipeline movement and activity.
• Support territory/account assignments and quota planning.
• Document and improve sales processes and SOPs.
