Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related role.
• Experience supporting quota-carrying sales teams and leaders.
• Strong Salesforce CRM knowledge: opportunities, accounts, reports, dashboards.
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets and recurring reporting.
• BI platform experience (Power BI/Tableau) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly/monthly sales operating rhythm: forecast prep, pipeline reviews, reporting, leadership meetings.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline data; resolve data issues with sellers and leaders.
• Prepare recurring reports: pipeline, bookings, forecast, quota attainment, conversion, activities.
• Assist forecasting by analyzing pipeline movement and historical performance.
• Support territory/account realignments and in-year updates.
