Replicant is seeking a Revenue Operations leader to own the end-to-end GTM engine at a growth-stage SaaS company. You’ll report to the SVP of Sales and work closely with the CFO to forecast, design comp plans, and set quotas across the revenue stack.

You’ll unite CRM, conversation intelligence, and enrichment data into a single, trusted story, scale the RevOps function from one analyst to a full team, and guide strategic decisions with data-driven insights.

Competenze

• 8+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations, incl. Director-level experience at growth-stage SaaS
• Forecast ownership: defend numbers to the board
• Comp plan design, quota setting, and territory/segmentation experience
• Experience consolidating GTM data across CRM and intel/enrichment tools
• People leadership and building a team from a nascent function
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and build rather than just manage
