Cribl is a B2B SAAS data observability software leader, hiring a Revenue Operations Senior Analyst to optimize go-to-market processes and drive data-backed decisions. The role partners with Sales VPs and cross-functional GTM teams, supporting planning, compensation, and business performance as Cribl scales globally.

You will maintain dashboards in Salesforce, Gong, and Omni, improve CRM workflows, and ensure data integrity across accounts and territories. The position reports to the Sr.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Revenue/Sales Operations, or a related analytical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience building models and reports that drive business decisions - proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or tools like Omni, Gong, or similar RevOps platforms is a plus.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented - you catch what others miss and value clean data for credible recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support annual planning cycles by developing segmentation models, territory designs and compensation plans.
• Act as strategic advisor to Sales VPs by diagnosing pipeline health and recommending data-backed actions.
• Maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Gong & Omni to surface key metrics and trends.
• Identify and improve CRM data quality and RevOps tooling to reduce friction and boost rep productivity.
• Ensure data integrity of accounts, opportunities, and territories in Salesforce and align with ROEs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and People teams to support GTM planning.
