Job summary

Cribl is recruiting a Revenue Operations Senior Analyst to strengthen our Sales organization with data-driven insights. You will partner with Sales VPs and cross-functional GTM teams on planning, compensation, and performance insights, reporting through Salesforce, Gong, and Omni.

This role requires rigorous data accuracy and the ability to influence at senior levels. You will help design coverage plans, diagnose pipeline health, and optimize CRM workflows while coordinating with Finance,

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Revenue/Sales Operations, or a related analytical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for modeling and reporting.
• Experience with Salesforce or RevOps tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support annual planning cycles with segmentation models, territory designs & compensation plans.
• Serve as strategic advisor to Sales VPs; diagnose pipeline health and recommend data-backed actions.
• Maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Gong & Omni; surface key metrics and trends.
• Improve CRM workflows, data quality, and Revenue tools to reduce friction and boost rep productivity.
• Maintain data integrity in Salesforce aligned with segmentation rules and ROEs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing and People teams on GTM planning; may work across time zones.
