Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Revenue/Sales Operations, or a related analytical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience building models and reports that drive decisions; Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or tools like Omni, Gong, or similar RevOps platforms is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with data accuracy; clear analysis supports recommendations.
• Strong communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders; self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Support annual planning cycles with segmentation models, territory designs & compensation plans.
• Act as strategic advisor to Sales VPs with regular business reviews and pipeline diagnostics.
• Maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Gong & Omni.
• Identify improvements to CRM workflows and data quality.
• Maintain data integrity in Salesforce aligned with segmentation rules.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on GTM planning; may involve outside-hours.
