Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and own critical revenue processes across GTM functions in the US. You will optimize the GTM technology stack (Salesforce, CPQ, analytics) and deliver actionable insights to align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and FP&A.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, set KPIs, and guide planning and compensation input.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
• Minimum 4 years of Salesforce administration and ecosystem tools.
• Minimum 4 years of analytics experience with Excel/Tableau/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GTM strategies including pricing, packaging, segmentation, and territory planning.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and align with goals and execution.
• Lead forecasting, pipeline management and deal desk operations with CPQ and pricing strategies.
