Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics or related field.
• 3–5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Analytics, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Excel; Power BI or similar BI tools preferred.
• Ability to translate sales and revenue data into actionable insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies in channel operations and implement improvements to enhance workflow and reduce errors.
• Structurally build from the bottom up a best-in-class channel program.
• Analyze channel performance across segments, regions, and products to identify trends and opportunities.
