Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in revenue analytics, FP&A, or GTM analytics in ad tech or digital media.
• Expert-level SQL and strong Python; forecasting and time-series modeling experience.
• Hands-on AI-assisted development with sound judgment on automated output.
• Experience with sales compensation analytics, quotas, and commissions.
• Ability to generate actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Strong statistical fundamentals and ability to validate analyses.
• Self-directed, able to navigate ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue pacing and account performance analytics, including drivers and trends.
• Validate, extend and automate performance reporting and forecasting outputs.
• Monitor risk indicators and communicate insights to executive leadership.
• Develop independent forecasting views and supplementary models as needed.
• Create tooling to reduce time-to-insight and support planning cycles.
• Analyze margin drivers and churn to surface leading indicators for action.
