Job summary

Yahoo DSP is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Analytics & Forecasting to serve as a subject-matter expert on the performance of Yahoo's demand-side platform business. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for revenue pacing, forecasting, and advanced ad hoc analysis in support of executive decision-making.

The role builds on an established analytics foundation, including automated performance reporting and statistical forecasting systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in revenue analytics, FP&A, or GTM analytics in ad tech, digital media, or a scaled marketplace business.
• Expert-level SQL and strong Python proficiency; demonstrated experience building or critically evaluating forecasting and time-series models.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development and analytics workflows, with strong judgment regarding where automated output may be incorrect, misleading, or incomplete.
• Experience with sales compensation analytics, including quota, attainment, and commission structures.
• Proven ability to generate actionable insight from complex data and communicate it effectively to senior and executive leadership.
• Strong statistical fundamentals and demonstrated ability to validate and extend existing analyses and systems, not only produce original work.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue pacing and account performance analytics, providing narrative to executive leadership.
• Own the recurring review of revenue forecast output and develop an independent view for upcoming quarters.
• Develop self-service tooling and modular analytics to reduce recurring analyses.
• Analyze margin drivers and churn, surfacing leading indicators for the business.
