You will lead advanced ad hoc analyses, develop AI-assisted tooling, and present findings to global leadership. The role requires strong SQL and Python skills, experience with forecasting models, and a track record of translating data into strategic action.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in revenue analytics, FP&A, BI, or GTM analytics, ideally in ad tech or digital media.
• Expert-level SQL and strong Python; forecasting/time-series models like pacing curves and ensembles.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted development and analytics workflows; know when automation misleads.
• Experience with sales compensation analytics including quota, attainment, and commission structures.
• Ability to generate actionable insights from complex data and communicate to senior leadership.
• Strong statistical fundamentals; ability to validate and extend analyses and systems.
• Self-directed in ambiguous environments; able to move between forecasting, analytics tooling, and investigative work.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue pacing and account performance analytics; monitor trends and drivers.
• Review, validate, and extend automated performance reporting with context beyond the data.
• Monitor risk indicators like deceleration, concentration, and churn; flag issues early.
• Deliver clear, decision-oriented analysis to executive leadership.
• Own forecasting process; develop independent view for upcoming quarters and beyond.
• Build supplementary models where needed; evaluate external indicators for forecast accuracy.
• Support planning cycles, QBRs, and forecast-to-goal analyses with FP&A.
• Track commission performance; analyze earnings distribution and quota attainment.
• Develop monitoring framework for seller economics; identify high-risk outliers.
• Analyze plan mechanics and accelerator exposure; collaborate with Sales Ops and Finance.
• Develop and maintain internal analytics tooling; adopt AI-assisted development workflows.
• Convert recurring questions into durable self-service tools; reduce time-to-insight.
• Identify gaps, blind spots, and false positives; set precise tooling requirements.
• Ensure outputs are robust and clearly framed for stakeholders.
• Conduct ad hoc investigations into margin drivers, retention, and performance dynamics.
• Analyze customer retention signals and translate into leading indicators.
• Differentiate true signals from noise and communicate uncertainty.
