Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Analytics & Forecasting to lead analytics on DSP revenue performance, pacing, and forecasting, partnering with FP&A and Sales to inform executive decisions.

You will build AI-assisted tooling, develop self‑service models, and provide deep ad hoc analyses across forecasting, sales compensation, and churn signals, communicating insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in revenue analytics, FP&A, or GTM analytics, preferably in ad tech or digital media.
• Expert-level SQL and strong Python proficiency; forecasting/time-series experience.
• Hands-on AI-assisted development and analytics workflows experience.
• Experience with sales compensation analytics and quota/commission structures.
• Ability to generate actionable insights and communicate to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own DSP revenue pacing and account performance analytics.
• Oversee forecasting and develop defensible views of future performance.
• Track commission analytics and seller economics; monitor risks.
• Develop AI-assisted tooling and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Conduct advanced ad hoc analyses on margin drivers, retention, and demand signals.
