Job summary

Yahoo DSP seeks a Senior Manager, Revenue Analytics & Forecasting to lead performance analytics and forecasting for the DSP business. You will own pacing, revenue models, and executive-ready analyses while advancing AI-assisted tooling and self-service reporting.

Ideal candidates combine strong quantitative skills with business judgment, collaborating across FP&A, Sales Ops, and Finance, and communicating insights to senior leadership in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in revenue analytics, FP&A, BI, or GTM analytics in ad tech or marketplaces.
• Expert SQL and strong Python; forecasting/time-series experience.
• Hands-on AI-assisted analytics workflows with prudent judgment.
• Experience with sales compensation analytics and quotas.
• Ability to distill complex data into actionable leadership insights.
• Strong statistics and risk-aware data framing.
• Self-directed in ambiguous environments; able to switch between forecasting, tooling, and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead DSP revenue performance analytics and pacing for executives.
• Own forecasting outputs and build supplementary models where needed.
• Analyze commission performance and seller economics with a monitoring framework.
• Develop self-service analytics tooling using AI-assisted workflows.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Sales Ops, and Finance on planning cycles.
