Zusammenfassung

Yahoo DSP is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Analytics & Forecasting to serve as a subject-matter expert on the performance of Yahoo's demand-side platform business. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for revenue pacing and forecasting, sales performance analytics, and advanced ad hoc analysis in support of executive decision-making.

The role builds on an established analytics foundation, including automated performance reporting and statistical forecasting systems.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in revenue analytics, FP&A, or GTM analytics in ad tech or marketplaces.
• Expert SQL and strong Python; forecast/time-series experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted analytics workflows and automated tooling.
• Experience with sales compensation analytics and quota/commission structures.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Strong statistical fundamentals and risk-aware framing.
• Self-directed and able to work across forecasting, analytics, tooling, and investigations.

• Own DSP revenue performance analysis and pacing.
• Validate and extend automated performance reports.
• Develop models and assess macro indicators for forecasts.
• Track commission performance and seller economics.
• Develop self-service analytics tooling and dashboards.
• Conduct advanced ad hoc analyses on margin drivers and churn.
