Job summary

Yahoo DSP is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Analytics & Forecasting to lead revenue pacing, forecasting, and performance analytics for its DSP business. This role emphasizes independent modeling, executive-level storytelling, and AI-assisted tooling development.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in revenue analytics, expert SQL and Python, and hands-on experience with AI-enabled workflows, cloud data platforms, and looker/tableau for senior leadership reporting.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in revenue analytics, FP&A, or GTM analytics in ad tech or marketplaces.
Expert-level SQL and strong Python proficiency; experience with forecasting/time-series models.
Experience building or evaluating pacing curves and statistical forecasting methods.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development and analytics workflows.
Experience with sales compensation analytics, including quotas and commissions.
Proven ability to generate actionable insights from complex data for senior leadership.
Ability to validate and extend existing analyses and systems with strong judgment.

Responsibilities

Revenue pacing and account performance analytics for DSP revenue with trends and drivers.
Own forecasting reviews and develop defensible views of upcoming performance.
Analyze commission performance, payout risk, and quota attainment across sales teams.
Develop and extend analytics tooling and self-service reporting in AI-assisted environments.
Conduct deep ad hoc analyses on margin drivers, churn signals, and regional dynamics.
