Job summary

Ascensus in Denver is seeking a Client Services Consultant to deliver consultative support to partners, intermediaries, and plan sponsors, applying deep retirement plans knowledge and Ascensus solutions. You will work with Relationship Managers to resolve complex issues, coach peers, and promote client satisfaction through proactive communication, research, and value-added recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years direct client experience in retirement services preferred.
• ASPPA/CEBS or related certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative client service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors.
• Act as subject matter expert on retirement plans and Ascensus products.
• Coach and mentor teammates to ensure client expectations are met.
• Manage escalated items and ensure timely resolutions.
