Job summary

Ascensus seeks a Client Services Consultant to deliver consultative service on retirement plans to partners, intermediaries, and plan sponsors. You will leverage deep product knowledge to resolve complex issues and partner with Relationship Managers to ensure client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of client experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and professional certifications (ASPPA/CEBS) preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years direct client experience.
• Certification or working towards certification (ASPPA, CEBS, etc.) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and time management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); Access and PowerPoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative client service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of retirement plans and Ascensus products.
• Coach and mentor associates to ensure client expectations are met.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and financial professionals.
• Manage escalated items and drive resolution; lead special projects as assigned.
