Zusammenfassung

Ascensus is seeking a Client Services Consultant to provide exemplary client service and retirement plan expertise to our partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors. You will work with the Relationship Manager to deliver consultative solutions, escalate and resolve issues, and mentor others to meet client expectations.

The role requires 1–3 years of client experience in retirement services, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years direct client experience in Retirement Services preferred.
• Certification (ASPPA, CEBS) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization and with clients.
• Experience with financial services systems and plan recordkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel; Access/PowerPoint preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to lead a team or project.

Aufgaben

• Provide consultative client service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of retirement plans and Ascensus products/services.
• Coach and mentor associates to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Manage escalated items and ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding services and status.
• Build strong relationships with clients and financial professionals.
• Support vendor relationships and contribute to retention and growth.
• Identify opportunities and contribute to strategic plans with Relationship Manager.
• Help deliver on service levels and performance targets.
