Job summary

Ascensus is a leading independent technology and service platform powering savings plans across America. The Client Services Consultant will provide consultative service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors, delivering retirement plan expertise and solving complex issues.

You will work with the Relationship Manager to ensure client satisfaction, mentor junior staff, and act as a technical resource across the organization, helping clients optimize their retirement programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years direct client experience required, Retirement Services industry experience preferred.
• Certification or working towards certification (ASPPA, CEBS, etc.) in industry-related studies program preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative client service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors.
• Demonstrate retirement plans knowledge and Ascensus products to solve complex issues.
• Coach and mentor others; act as subject matter expert across topics as needed.
• Coordinate with Relationship Manager to deliver client satisfaction and value.
