Job summary

Ascensus, a leading technology and service platform for retirement plans, seeks a Client Services Consultant to deliver expert service to partners and plan sponsors. You will apply retirement plan knowledge and Ascensus solutions to solve complex issues and provide value-added consulting.

Work with Relationship Manager to enhance client satisfaction, coach colleagues, and ensure timely resolution of escalated items while maintaining data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years direct client experience required.
• Asp CPA/CEBS certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative client service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of retirement plans and Ascensus products.
• Coach and mentor associates to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Manage escalated client issues and deliver solutions.
