Job summary

Ascensus, a leading technology and service platform powering retirement savings, is seeking a Client Services Consultant in Boston to provide expert, consultative service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors. You will apply retirement plan knowledge, resolve issues, and partner with Relationship Managers to deliver client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1-3 years direct client experience required, Retirement Services industry experience preferred.
• Certification or working towards certification (ASPPA, CEBS, etc.) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative client service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors.
• Demonstrate detailed knowledge of retirement plans and Ascensus products and services.
• Coach and mentor others on retirement plans and client relations.
• Monitor and follow-up on assigned items and resolve client issues.
• Communicate clearly with clients and financial professionals throughout the service cycle.
