Job summary

Ascensus, a leading independent technology and service platform powering retirement savings in the U.S., seeks a Client Services Consultant to support partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors with expert retirement plan knowledge and consultative solutions.

In collaboration with the Relationship Manager, you will drive client satisfaction, mentor teammates, and manage escalations while contributing to retention and growth of our book of business in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of direct client experience in retirement services preferred.
• ASPPA/CEBS certification or working toward it preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels.
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint; proficiency in Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative client service to partners and sponsors.
• Coordinate with Relationship Manager to ensure client satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor associates on retirement plan topics.
• Identify issues, research, and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong internal cross-department relationships.
